About the portal
Portal+ is a module of the RM Kaleidos® Learning Platform. It provides teachers, students, parents, local authority staff, and others with anytime, anywhere access to online educational resources and services. Through the portal, people can share their ideas and knowledge, and communicate and collaborate more easily.

What can it do for me?
Students:
This is a way for students and staff to gain access to their information from home. As a student, the portal can help you to manage your schoolwork, communicate with other people, keep up to date with what is happening at your school, and get involved in activities you are interested in.
You have access to your own personal site. You can use this to store information for your own use, including documents, images, audio and video files, links to useful Web sites, your address book and your personal calendar.

Teachers:
As a teacher, the portal can help you with the complete cycle of activities from planning, preparing and delivering lessons to assessing and reporting. The portal can save you time on administration and provide you with the resources to be more creative and inventive in your teaching. You can link up with teachers at other schools and share ideas and best practice experiences.

Parents:
The portal enables parents to keep up to date with what is happening at the schools that their children attend, view their children's timetables, attendance records and progress reports, and generally get more involved in their children's education.
